I hear the power good signal only on start from no-power (cold boot).
When attempting to restart my system, there is no power good signal
(beep!) anymore. But the computer boots and runs fine.

Could there be a problem? Is this normal process? My older PC wasn't
    like that.

My system contains Antec Sonata 380W and a GA-8KNXP rev.2 motherboard.

    Thanks in advance.

I think this is normal. The power good signal is given only after hard
resets(reset button or equivalent) or cold boot. If you do soft
restart from within winxp you dont get it.
