Nvidia 6600 GT power questions with KT400 dragon ultra board

I just got the Nvidia 6600 GT, in the specs it calls for at least a 350
watt power supply mine is 380.

I plug the board strating into the power supply and the card says it is
    not getting enough power.

Should I be hooking the card up to the P2 next to the AGP slot instead
    of the power supply?

The only things I have running is Floppy, HD, a cd rom drive, and a cd
    burner drive.
