    Latency is CL 3-4-4-8. Decen t enough ram. Seems good fromt he
    reviews. Should go good with an X2 64bit system.


    Or should i stick to pc3200 ram. i want to overclock my system.

    It's probably TCCC. I have a patriot PC4000 CL 3-4-4-8 2X512 running @245
    with a 3500 Venice on an asus A8N-SLI DX
