Have you tested your RAM? - If memtest86 can run to passes, then it is probably ok. <http://memtest86.com/>

Let's see a complete list of hardware in your pc.
If it's the same problem you mentioned earlier, this is some of the hardware;

NF7 (v2.0? )
T-Bred XP2800+ (Barton or not? )
GeForce 3
ATI TV Card model?
SB Audigy

The NF7 shares the same IRQ for PCI-slot 1 and 5, so try using only one of them.

A XP2800+ uses over 60 Watts at full load. Which PSU do you have? (brand also) Does the processor have adequate cooling? What is the temperature at full load?

Is there a cooler installed on the SouthBridge? - the SB on my NF7 gets very hot without one.

i ran memtest and it froze, it froze at test #5 blockmove, 64 moves, cached

for your processor, what's the default voltage? I'd probably start by uppin cpu volts a notch or 2.

memtest86 freezing is usually related to an unstable processor and/or chipset. If it was the RAM, memtest86 would just report errors, not freeze.

What are the voltage levels(+3.3V +5V +12V, Vcore, Vdimm)? Which PSU?

Can you adjust the multiplier in bios?
If yes, try setting it to 11x or lower, so it will run at a lower speed and try the test again. If no, set the FSB to 133 and try the test again. (running at a lower speed will also consume less power. I assume the PSU is not delivering enough, but that is still not clear without more testing)

So I guess when you run memtest it doesn't run out of the ram you have, but someone elses.:-)

Assumption is the mother of all screwups - what are you assuming? =)
