OK this a problem IM sure you guy's can help me resolve! MY G/F has been getting colder and her output has dwindled to almost nil. Not much has changed at MY end (IT) still gets up about a half hour before I do (this is normal right)? I have tried the standard fixes (flowers candy ect) but no joy! I believe myself to be a nice considerate understanding guy! But nothing seems to be working! Now I know you guy's are all great lovers so any tips or tricks will be greatly appreciated NoJOB@aol.

We will need a little more info:
What revision/model G/F? Perhaps you need to trade it in for a new model.
What drivers? I have found that G/F prefer
BMW/Mercedes/Audi/Jaguar/Porsche series of drivers and respond to those the best.
Apply the patch/fix. Repeat after me: "Honey, what ever it is, it's my fault and I am sorry. I was being a typical male and did not think of your feelings. Let me show this great web site I found called www.tiffany.com". That particular fix is applied at my house on what seems like weekly bases.

I may have a solution to your problems, or at least some insight. The G/F is a complicated piece of hardware, although usually seems simple on the outside. My first concern is your statement "Not much has changed at MY end". This may very well be the source of the problem. There are many techniques as well as a plethora of hardware and tools that may remedy this. The problem with this is fourfold A) Any purchace or use of the wrong tool, may aggrivate the problem. B) The fact that you purchaced said tools and / or hardware, can either remedy the problem, or cause the system to completely shut down. C) Often times the G/F refuses to admit there's a problem, doesn't feel it is a problem, or will not accept any hardware D) Any purchace may be "turned around" on you, so make the first purchace a small one.

Typically that's because there is not enough power. Adding peripherals doesn't solve the core problem. The B/F power supply unit seems to be very very weak.
