P4C800 Deluxe woes

    Hi,
    I have a P4C800 Deluxe motherboard and Iam trying to change the BIOS settings on the motherboard and each time I change something it comes back with a checksum error. I am then prompted to press F1 to enter the bios (whcih has now reverted back to the old settings) and save it again and reboot the system. The system then works again and boots up Windows.:mad: :mad:

    The reason I want to go in and change the settings is because the system is runing very slow. Any suggestins please help...
