p4c800-e delux RAM issue

    I just got two new sticks of ram, 1g each, and I can't get the bloody things to work.
    Tried them without my 2x512's, and the screen was all cyan colored. Odd.

    Tried them without the old ones. And it didn't boot up at all.

    "These sockets
    support up to 4gb system memory using 184 pin unbuffered ECC or non ECC
    pc3200/pc2700/pc2100 DDR DIMMs. And allow up to 6.4gb/s data transfer rate."

    It should work. Everything lines up perfect with whats on the memory. Any idea what could be causing this? Some sort of setting or something I am missing?
    Just broken?
