P4P800 deluxe: nothing for 26 sec then just one beep

    putting up new machine with p4 3.0 2 x 512mb mushkin ram and matrox
    m650. psu is zalman 400w.those components are on the mb so far. the
    bios is AMI and it says in error code one beep is 'memory refresh
    timer error'. tried to putmemory on diffrent slotsbut the same.
    please advise.
