I have been using windows xp for more than a year now, and recently bought a new case. After moving the hardware into the new case I haven't been able to boot to Windows XP.

Initially the BIOS set up a RAID 0 for the HD. I tried using that and it wouldn't boot. So, I went into the BIOS and set it for IDE and it won't boot that way either.

The windows xp screen comes up (DOS) before the login page, and then goes black, automatically restarting the system. I could let it go and it would do this endlessly.

How can I use the SATA drive and get back into my system?
