P5B Deluxe and SATA setup

    I have a P5B Deluxe with Duo 2 6400, 2gib DIMM, 2 DVD's on IDE and floppy.

    I have two identical SATAII WD 250 HDD. When plugged into SATA1 and SATA2 on the MB they boot up and are recognized correctly only if IDE config in BIOS is set to "compatiable". I'm running XP, current upgrades in place.

    How do I configure the Intel RAID from here?
