P5WD2 Premium - one beep then powers down

    I've just built a new computer using a P5WD2 Premium mobo, a P4 3.6 660 processor and 2GB of RAM in two 1GB sticks. There are two hard drives and two DVD drives. The hard drives are both formatted and the master has XP installed on it.

    When I switch the computer on, it powers up, the fans start spinning and lights start flashing, then I get one beep and the computer powers down. This is before the monitor is able to display anything. If I quickly press the on button again, the computer powers up then straight down again. If I wait a few seconds, it'll get to the beep before powering down.

    Does anybody know what could be causing this?
