Hi everyone!
I own a one year old dv9640us laptop and something happened to my display: I turned off the laptop one night, and the next day when I opened it, the screen was black (no light whatsoever). The laptop itself works just fine and i used an external monitor and it's ok.
Can you give me a hint on what could be the problem with it? What can I do to test if it's ok? Maybe I can measure some voltage levels or so, but I don't exactly know where and what to measure. Any help is appreciated!
