Post code E8

I have an EP-5P965+ GLI and there's no video signal; After the boot, the display in the MB shows FF, C1, C2 and after that stops in E8. This post code is not in the manual, what does it means??

I already changed the video card, memory etc but the problem persists, no video signal.
