Printint to network printer causes applicaiton crash - where to start??

    Help!

    When I print to a certain network printer from one particular mac on the
    network, whatever application was sending the print (e.g. Word) will crash.

    Where on earth do I start to investigate this problem. I'm a PC man so not
    as familiar with Macs
