Alright, I have the NF7-S. I'm running a 160GB Maxtor hard drive off the serial ata. Now, on the primary IDE channel I have a yamaha crw-f1 cd-rw and a dvd rom. Using nero I can copy cds from drive to drive just fine, but if I try to burn anything off the hard drive it fails. Now I thought it could be my graphics card sharing the IRQ, so I moved it. Didn't solve the problem. I'm not entirely sure if this is the problem, but it is my best guess. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

This was recently mentioned somewhere; when using serial ATA, it shares something(don't remember) with the primary IDE-channel, try moving the cable from the cd-rw/dvd-drives to the secondary channel.

To add to the good advice that Jens has given if you have installed the enhanced IDE support from the NVidia drivers that too can create such a problem, as many people have written.
