I recently purchased a computer with a Dell E210882 motherboard. It has a P4 1.9GHz/256/400/1.75v. The board has 4 slots for PC800-45 memory. It currently has a pair of identical Samsung MR16R0824BN1-CK8 64mb RIMM Non-ECC sticks along with 2 matching memory terminators in the other two slots.

Whenever I attempt to install XP, when it is suppose to reboot, I get the wonderful blue screen. The stop code is 0x0000007B (0XFC8D3640, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000). Safe mode gets the same stop code.

I've done everything I can think of to fix this problem. I've tried multiple hard drives, changed out IDE cables, switched out graphics card, different versions of XP (home and pro), used different cdrom drives. I've re-seated the memory sticks and the processor.

I've removed everything except for the graphics card, hardrive, memory and cdrom and attempted to install XP.

    Nothing is working.

I'm about ready to just throw the computer off my balcony. Any ideas?
