    Hello,

I am using a Nvidia Quadro FX500 and now I want to buy a new monitor
with a resolution of 1680x1050. When I look at my actual settings I
cant see this resoultion to be supported by my card. Does this change
when I attach the new monitor with 1680x1050 resolution? Or is it
possible that the FX500 is not working at this Resolution - how can I
get Information about that and how did Nvidia cards normaly react?

Thanks for any tipp and or help!
    Andreas

The newer drivers allow you to add your own custom resolutions and
they'll be available from the 'quick resolution' feature of the nview
icon. Install your monitor's ".inf" file as well so the driver has all
your proper refresh rates as well.
