Radeon X600 TV-out not displaying

I recently installed an X600 in my MCE 2005, computer. I have been unable to get the picture to show up on my TV screen. I use the S-video type output port from the video card and run the composite video connector end into an input on the TV. My VCR and DVD player both work in the same inputs, so I'm pretty sure that it is not the TV.

I have been using Catalyst Control Center to set up the TV as a clone of the screen or as an extension of the desktop. Neither way works. I have updated all drivers from the Ati website and restarted the computer, etc.

If anybody has any suggestions - I would appreciate it. I wouldn't be surprised if I am just overlooking something and being an idiot...
