Hello
I have been having problems recording with my Gigabyte motherboared GA-M61P-S3 (rev. 1.0) with onboard Realtek HD audio using windows XP sp2
I have a stereo to red and white audio adapter that I plug into the blue line in jack on the back of my pc, and then I plug the red and white into female-to-female white and red adapters and then run a 20 ft red and white cable to the source.
I can record and it sounds good, but audio only comes through the left side
when I reverse the red-red white-white to red-white white-red, it still only records through the left, so I know it's not the source
and then i tried a stereo-to-stereo cable running from my iPod to the line in and it still onyl recorded the left channel
any help appreciated
