Recognizing 2nd (Original) Hard Drive

    My original hard drive that came with my 5100 Dimension had a virus that I couldn't control so I purchased a second hard drive to replace it. I then installed the original one back into the computer just so that I could pull over files if I needed them.

    The second drive worked until I had to reformat my new hard drive and now it is not recognized anywhere I look. Can someone give me some assistance on how to get the computer to recognize it.
