Red Reinstallation Disk For Gateway 500x

    I am trying to find a copy of the red labeled reinstallation disk for my computer. My kids have loaded so much junk onto their Gateway PRB 500X that it is impossible for me to figure out where to begin. I would like to reset it back to the factory setting's. We have the blue & yellow cd's (applications & operating system) but we lost the red one in the process of moving. I would be more than happy to pay for a copy. Gateway has been no help to me.:mad:
