I just did my semi-regular permission repairs and got these Warning
    messages:

"usr/bin/(several different listings, rlogin, rsh, quota) has been
modified and will not be repaired"

What does this mean, and what should I do?

  2. Ignore it. Apple doesn't always update the Disk Utility database when
they send out software updates. 10.5.7 replaced those files, but the DU
database still has the timestamps from 10.5.6.

Thanks for the quick and informative reply. I can now sleep soundly
    tonight.
