replace MB use same case, chip & Me

    I want to change the MB with a different chip set, reuse the CPU and memory. The board I want to get rid of is an ASUS A8N-BR made for HP. It's a mini-ITX form (about 17 CM X17 CM) . The case has been fitted into a small space in a boat and uses a automotive power supply. The problem seems to center around the Nvidia GeForce 6150LE chip set which doesn't work with the newer Linux releases. It will run Ubuntu 9.10. I want to load Linux Mint 13. When I try to load a newer Ubuntu OS the screen is so heavily diagonal that it is unusable.

    So is there a MB that I can swap directly and will have an ATI chipset/ The main chip I want to continue usingt is an AMD 64 in a AM or AM2 socket.
