    Hi All,
Just want to know what would be the role of PCI Raiser in
    booting the server into OS.
I faced a peculiar problem, I had V-245 which was not booting but once
when I removed the PCI raiser from the server it started booting,
there were no cards on the raisers. Could any one please explain me
    more on this.

  2. Looks like a shortcircuit somewhere in the PCI-raiser, thereby hanging up
the PCI-bus enough for the system not to boot.

    Regards,
