Sempron 2800+ on ECS C51GM-M, please help..

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and I need your assist.
I've just get Sempron 2800+ with mobo ECS C51GM-M, how far can I OC it? and how to do it? Currently I only can change the CPU Freq up to 220.
Btw I'm using PC5300 512 MB memory card.
