Server Motherboard help.

Hi, I work in video editing, and last year, I decided to build my own server computer. I didn't want to but a custom made one because I didn't have the money so I thought buying all the hardware separately would cost less, and it did. Except the motherboard I had didn't really work well and I couldn't harness the complete potential of my hardware. I bought 4 Intel Xeon Processor E5420 (google that if you want to because I don't currently have enough posts to post a link.) Now I got rid of my old faulty Tyan motherboard. I need to find a motherboard that's compatible with this processor of mine. I've been trying to do some research but I've been unable to find one that meets my specifications like the Tyan one did. So if someone could help, I need the motherboard to not only be house two of those Intel Processors, but the motherboard needs to have 8 DIMMs because I'm using a total of 16gb of fully-buffered ram (FBDIMM), needs to have PCIe x16 Gen, an eSATA port, firewire and RAID capability.
