slimy mouse

Discussion in 'Hardware' started by Mike - EMAIL IGNORED, Apr 29, 2005.

  1. I have a Logitech wheel mouse (ball, not optical) connected
to a computer on which there is little need of a mouse.
Therefore, the mouse in a place where it is rarely touched.
Today I picked it up and found that it was slimy, as if it
were covered with clear grease. There is no apparent
    explanation for this. Any hypotheses?
    Mike.
