Help me please !!! When I try to access my internet options or manage my add
ons on the tool tab nothing will open up for me to do so. I have tried to
access my internet options on the control panel also and nothing. I realy
need someones help. It seems as if these options may have been removed
somehow. If I did this somehow, I have no idea of how to restore them or if
    they can even be restored

  2. This may be because of some reasons:
    1. There is a virus program which doesn't allow your IE Options Page to open
    itself,
    2. Somebody has disabled IE Options Changing in your pc from Microsoft
    Management Console.

Try to install IE 7, if not, and test it again.
