Supermicro H11DSi IPMI error, "Processor automatically throttled - Assertion"

    The motherboard keeps beeping when running on high load, with the IPMI event showing event, "Processor automatically throttled - Assertion" and "Processor automatically throttled - Deassertion", but all the temperature sensor returning "Green" with average 55-60 celcius. Anyone encountered similar issue?
