(System) K8N-E Deluxe Hangs

I am facing problem with my system. System configuration is MotherBoard K8N-E Deluxe, 1.5 GB Ram, 3 120 GB Sata HDD, AMD 3200+ Processor. Before windows xp first screen system restarts and it happens all the time while I have installed Windows XP in my Sata HDD from another computer where everything is working properly but when I put my HDD in my computer seeming same problem. I don't know what should I do. If anyone has any solution kindly let me know. I am realy getting tiered and sick of it and I can't do anything. Help me out. Thanks
