I have a customer to whom I sold 2 Acer AR380 servers - one as theoperating server, and one as a backup server. Identical computers. Got the operating server set up, went to set up the duplicate, and I could not install the OS. Acer said it needed a new motherboard. That was almost 2 weeks ago. They sent a motherboard to Ontario from Texas -5 days. They sent out an "appliance repairman" to replace the motherboard and he screwed it up. Didn't help that they shipped the motherboard with the CPU sockets totally exposed (no p;astic covers) and we ended up with a damaged motherboard and possibly CPU. Another 5 days for another board to come from Texas. Hopefully it will arive before noon tomorrow for installation. And that is with a "next day onsite" warranty. Guess I sold my last Acer server. HP doesn't look any better - bought a new HP scanner and they can't make it work on Windows 7-64 Pro. The driver software thinks it is XP 64 bit.
