I downloaded the manual for this motherboard from the Tyan web site.
It talks about the form factor being extended atx at 12" x 13".

Can anyone tell me whether the 13" measurement includes the IO headers
or is it simply the board itself end to end? I have measured the IO
headers on a different motherboard as being an extra 8mm from the end
    the board.

The reason I ask is that I have a server case that will be a very
    tight fit.

The measurement is representative of the PCB dimensions only. It does
    not include the I/O backpanel.

Which server case will you use?

    I have a Supermicro 750-A. It fits a Thunder K7 just fine.
