Couldn't find the beep code anywhere on Google about having nonstop
    beeping on power-on.

Windows froze on me while playing a game and after doing the power-off
    / power-on drill, I got continuous and non-stop beeping.

I'm inclined to think it was a heat issue... but I'm not so sure.

Anyone else gotten this beeping before?

I am suspecting either RAM or CPU failure.

Haven't tried reseating anything but this rig has been fine for the
last 3-4 months since I built it.

I recall seeing this before, and it was because I had bad memory in
the board. Have you tried re-seating the memory? Maybe installing a
fan near the memory to cool it?
