Toshiba Hotkey Utility problem

    I just installed AutoCAD 2003 (AC3) on my Toshiba Satellite M45-S331 running
    Windows XP SP2 Home edition.

    Now everytime I bootup the laptop I get the error message "Hotkey Utility
    encountered a problem and needs to close...". Everything works fine
    including the AC3. I have since found out that it is not supported under
    XP, only under W2000. I went into compatibility wizard and changed it to
    W2000. But I am still getting the hotkey error. Is there a way to fix
    this. I don't use hotkeys, can I do something to get rid of the error
    message without screwing up everything else.

    If it has an ATI graphics driver, reinstall it.
