Toshiba Hotkey Utility problem

I just installed AutoCAD 2003 (AC3) on my Toshiba Satellite M45-S331 running
    Windows XP SP2 Home edition.

Now everytime I bootup the laptop I get the error message "Hotkey Utility
encountered a problem and needs to close...". Everything works fine
including the AC3. I have since found out that it is not supported under
XP, only under W2000. I went into compatibility wizard and changed it to
W2000. But I am still getting the hotkey error. Is there a way to fix
this. I don't use hotkeys, can I do something to get rid of the error
message without screwing up everything else.

Thanks for your advice. Please reply to newsgroup.

If it has an ATI graphics driver, reinstall it.
