Toshiba Satellite 2805-S201 help

    I have a Toshiba Satellite 2805-S201
    I was wondering if I can upgrade the 650MHz Celeron to something better, but I don't know the socket type?:confused: :confused:
    Also it has 256MB ram.. Could it possible hold 512mb?

    PS: I have a spare 1.40GHz Celeron Mobile CPU laying around. Would it hurt to test that out? :confused:

    Any help appreciated!! ;)

    EDIT: I believe the socket type is 370.
