Toshiba Tecra 8000 not able to connect to net.

    Hi,

    I recently got a Toshiba Tecra8000 laptop that runs WINXp on it like a charm. The only issue I have is that I can't seem to connect it to the internet.
    I can see that internet programs have been installed on it such as yahoo, msn, kazaa etc.
    There is an etherlink III LAN/PC card in the computer and an Internal Modem V.90.

    Could anyone please give me any advice on how to get this horsy up and running?
