I have Sun Sparc20 with with operating system SunOS414.
I could boot up the system in the beginning, but I got the error as
    below these couple days.
Checksum 9248dc5e != 4884dac, trying to boot anyway
    Instruction Access Exception

And, I try to use boot use CD, on OK prompt I enter boot cdrom. I got
the same error as above: checksum ......., tyring to boot anyway

Is this hardware problem or my disk has problem?
    Please help. Thanks.
