TV@nywhere audio issue when recording...

I recorded a 1 hour show the other day at best quality. On playback, the
audio became increasingly out of sync with the video, and began sounding
almost "electronic." I have several 30 min shows that do not do this. I
had burned the video to a DVD+RW, and played it back in my set-top DVD
player. I did not play it back on my PC, and have deleted the video. My
    system is as follows:

    Windows 2000 Pro SP3
Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra Platinum (on-board audio disabled)
    AMD AthlonXP 2400+ (2Ghz CPU)
    1GB DDR333 RAM
2x40GB Maxtor HD (RAID-0, NTFS, system drive)
1x80GB WD HD (NTFS, storage drive, video recorded here)
    ATI Radeon 9700Pro
    SB Audigy Platinum
MSI TV@nywhere (connected to line-in 2 on Audigy with pass through)
    Intel Pro1000MT NIC

Any help on resolving this would be appreciated, as I am planning to record
on a regular basis, and then burn to DVD disk, and would like the audio to
    be correct.

    Thanks
    Jason A.
