txtsetup.oem errors on IC7G Max2

Here's my setup:

P4 2.6Ghz, 800FSB
Abit IC7G Max 2
(2) WD Raptor 36.7 GB SATA 10,00 rpm drives on SATA 1 and SATA2 1GB Kingston HyperX PC3200

I've been trying all night and now day to get the damn RAID0 setup properly however all I get when F6'ing is a txtsetup.oem error. I've relisted the file folders a million different ways and still no luck.....HELP!!!!!

I'd try recreating the F6 driver floppy using the newest Intel F6 Floppy creation tool available at Intel or on my server under /drivers. make sure you also are using the newest Intel Application Accelerator - Raid version (IAA-R) as well once you get the OS up and running.
