    Hello,

I installed a Windows Server 2003 on an old Tyan Tiger. After shutting down
windows the hardware is still running so I have to press the power off
switch. Windows XP behaves the same way. I changed the BIOS setting for ACPI
and APM but there was no change.

How I get this board to power off when OS shuts down?

    thanks and regards

You had to make the changes before the load or press f5 to select ACPI
uniprocessor or multiprocessor accordingly... they are on the menu but you
must go up on the menu instead of down.
