upgrading from geforce mx440 64mb AGP to GEFORCEFX 5200 128MB question..

Discussion in 'Nvidia' started by news.bellatlantic.net, Nov 3, 2003.

  1. I am thinking of upgrading from my current mx440 Nvidia card to a 128 mb
(PNY geforecefx 5200 128 DDR AGP to be exact ). I am not a big gamer but
will i notice a better sharper picture on my Sony 19" wega monitor?? And
what is the overall opinion of this card. i cna get a good deal on one right
now about 80 bucks. I run my screen at 1024x768 and I do a lot of work with
digital photo's and also run a lot of mpeg's but that is the extent of my
imaging. My specs are Intel P4 1.9 gz, win xp pro, 512 mb.

    thanks
    Ray
