USB issue with HID devices (Unknown device)

    After many evenings reinstalling, searching for drivers, hacking in registry endless reboots, I finally am able to describe my USB problem with HID devices.

    All USB devices work ok except HID devices. :confused:
    Now it seems that when I disable the onboard LAN I see that my Joystick (HID) gets detected and works fine, when I enable the onboard LAN again it is failing again ("Unknown USB device").

    Does anyone know if this could be a power issue?
    My power is 400W qtec (ATX) and I have Geforce 6800GT (Nvidia recommends 460W power supplies).

    Any feedback is welcome.......
