USB Mouse problem Toshiba Satellite A20

    Hi, was wondering if anyone can help me regarding an annoying mouse
    problem: every time I reboot my laptop, my microsoft optical mouse has
    to be replugged into the usb-port in order to work. I've read that
    reinstalling the modem drivers can fix this. Can someone confirm this
    or suggest something else?
