  1. I made just an old notebook ready to give him
    away as a present.

But I want to erase all the username password
    combinations on it.

There are passwords to change all my
    domain names.

So what utiltiy does the job?

I just testet Internet Cleaning Tool 1.0
    Total disasterouse performance,
    all passwords remained

Have you considered simply wiping it and reinstalling the operating system?

  3. Part of windows. From the Command window type

    "FORMAT C:"

You may have to reinstall the operating system though.
