Hi, I have a KD7-Raid board. Should I install the Via IDE Miniport
Driver? I have already installed the 4in1 pack.

I see on the site the reasons to install the miniport driver are if
    you have:

    IDE Zip drive
ATA100 hard drives with Windows 2000 prior to Service pack 1
ATA133 hard drives under Windows 2000 and Windows XP
    IDE Zip drives under Win2K

I do have a Maxtor ATA133 harddrive. Should I install the drivers and
if so what do they do? Will it transfer data quicker?

    Many thanks

I would not install it. Just install the latest Hyperion 4in1 driver set
    v4.48
