voltage regulator module ( VRM ) ??

    hi ; i am restoring an old DELL 425sl , 486 - 33 cpu , win 95 ,
    it has what seems to be VRM pc board assy between the cpu & the cpu
    socket .
    i accidently broke the VRM ( semtech part number ez1086ct )off of the
    pc board . (long story) .any ideas for replacing either the VRM or the
    pc board assy ??
    the module has p / n intel pga - dx2/4 on it .
