Vostro 420 Quality

    Hi, first post!

    Could you experts confirm what I'm now thinking, that the Vostro 420 is nowhere near a business quality machine?

    Bought in November and in January I got the solid amber light, Dell replaced motherboard. Last week it happen again - Dell replaced motherboard and processor. Tried to switch on this morning and it's the solid amber again. Totally gutted about this as it's a working machine in our small business.

    So I'm seriously considering buying a new machine and want to know if Dell are likely to refund me on this one or just keep sending people out to replace things?

    I guess I should have researched the Vostro line before buying, but we've used Dell for years with absolutely no problems.
