What is VTT voltage?

My VTT voltage as shown by the Hardware Doctor has been above the default
1.60v. for the last few days. It stays steady at 1.63. What is it? Should I be worried?

+5% : .08v....yours is at .03v, well within spec. and those readings are not 100% accurate anyway.
