What speed RAM for HP dv6500 notebook

    What speed RAM chip should I install to upgrade my 1GB to a 2GB. For the life of me, I can't find the speed of the RAM on my laptop. All is says is RAM: 959MB 2 slots available. Im assuming I have filled one slot already.:eek: So I don't know what speed to purchase. HP's spec on the 6500 says it support DDR2, but nothing about speed.
