I was looking at Intel Quad core CPU's and was wondering what the real
difference is. other than one being Xeon, which I thought was
supperior, the specs look the same and the price about the same. Also
which one would be better for overclocking?

INTEL Xeon Quad Core 2.40 GHz 1066 MHz 775 8MB Server Processor Retail
    - $299

    Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Quad-Core Processor 2.4GHz, 1066FSB, LGA775,
    8MB cache Retail - $277.50

    Thanks.

X3220 I presume? You mean aside from being designed with different chipsets
and motherboards in mind? My view is why throw another potential problem
into the mix when you plan to overclock.
